Admission Process

How to Apply

1. Register on the Samarth admission portal of the Government of Assam.
2. Fill in the online application form and select Govt. Model College, Balipara with your preferred Major subject.
3. Upload the required documents and submit the form before the last date.
4. Check the merit list published on the portal and on this website's Admission page.
5. Report to the college on the notified date with all original documents for verification.
6. Pay the admission fee and collect your admission receipt.

Documents Required

• HS (10+2) marksheet and pass certificate
• HSLC admit card / birth certificate (date of birth proof)
• Caste certificate (SC / ST / OBC / MOBC), if applicable
• Income certificate, for fee waiver schemes
• Migration certificate (for boards other than AHSEC)
• Gap certificate, if applicable
• Aadhaar card and bank passbook
• Recent passport-size photographs
