About the Cell
The Grievance Redressal Cell gives students and staff a fair, transparent and time-bound way to resolve their complaints. It functions in line with the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023.
Matters that can be raised
- Admission, examinations, internal assessment and evaluation
- Issue of certificates, fee refunds and scholarships
- Classroom, library and other facilities on the campus
- Harassment, discrimination or unfair treatment
How to submit a grievance
- Write an application addressed to the Convener, Grievance Redressal Cell, stating your name, class and the details of the grievance.
- Submit it at the college office, or send it through the contact form on this website.
- The Cell will examine the matter and communicate its decision within a reasonable time.
